Introduction

Welcome to Alpidi: All Production Integration and Design Interface. Alpidi is a custom E-Commerce Production Partnership Solution, All in One Place.

By accessing or using the Alpidi platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Definitions

Alpidi: Alpidi Software LLC, a Missouri limited liability company located in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Service: The Alpidi platform, including the website, software, and any related features or functionalities.

User: Any person or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

Shop Owner: A User who uses the Service to list products for sale and connect with Production Partners.

Production Partner: A User who uses the Service to fulfill orders placed by Shop Owners.

Content: Any information, data, text, graphics, images, or other materials uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Service.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create a User account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date.

Alpidi will not share your shop information with Production Partners or business details of Production Partners with Shop Owners.

Use of the Service

Alpidi provides a platform for Shop Owners to connect with Production Partners to fulfill custom orders.

Shop Owners can integrate their existing e-commerce shops (e.g., Etsy) with Alpidi and sync their listings.

Production Partners can receive orders, manage inventory, and fulfill orders placed by Shop Owners.

Alpidi charges a fixed rate per order received by Production Partners and a transfer fee for withdrawals from their Alpidi earning balance.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your Content and for any consequences of posting or sharing it through the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and not to infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

Both parties must maintain the confidentiality of all information received from the other party. Information, including order details and vector files, should not be stored or reused outside the scope of the given order.

Alpidi’s Rights and Responsibilities

Alpidi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Alpidi may remove or edit Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Alpidi has the right to access and use User data to provide and improve the Service.

Alpidi is not responsible for any disputes between Shop Owners and Production Partners.

Alpidi’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Processing

Alpidi uses Stripe for payment processing.

Alpidi does not store your bank or card information and does not share it with anyone.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

Alpidi may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes by email or through the Service.
